Major Challenges in Present India

Problems sirf tabhi tak pahaad jaisi dikhti h jab tak hme pta nhi hota ki AAKHIR PROBLEM KAHAAN H AUR KYA H..... once we have defined a problem in the right way, that means you have solved 50% of the problem.... & the other 50% is now remaining...”

THESE ALL STATEMENTS ARE TRUE…. & NOW I WILL SHOW YOU HOW…

Lets take an overview of present challenges in front of our country. When I see around, what do I see, is that I am surrounded by nature, then it comes human world, then it comes countries, then it comes society, then it comes individuals, then it comes a class in individuals i.e. youngsters. I would like to classify them in following categories:

1. Challenges in front of Society: Challenges that are crying for “change” under society, but it’s we who are trying to run away from them or hesitating to take a step forward. The major challenge is not the problems below, but THE HESITATION UNDER PEOPLE INSTEAD, IN COMING FORWARD TO TAKE A STAND:
1. Female foeticide, Sex ratio
2. Differences-Religion, Caste hatred
3. Disgrace to women & old generation
4. Child Abuse
5. Dowry System
6. Honor Killings 

I am also a part of society. So what should I do? Heyyy... You know what???? I hAvE a vErY kRaZZZy aTTitUde : I will never ask or take dowry. I will adopt a child. For me, religions, caste, races don't matter. I don't like these things. The question isn't 'who is going to let me'; it's 'who is going to stop me'. I will do what I like, no matter what other think because i care for my character more than reputation. OH! Did it surprise you that I am not who you thought I was? Did it surprise you to find that I don't exactly stand for what you thought I stood for all along? I am sorry, I'm not the person you want me to be. Oh! You don't like me? Don't like me,I don't wake up everyday to impress you. I may only be one person, but I can be one person who makes a difference. I don't accept anyone's definition for my life, I create my own definitions of life for myself.

SAME SHIT, DIFFERENT PEOPLE. Shit happens and people bleed. I am not asking you to follow what I said. Don't follow me. If your heart says to stand against. GO AND TAKE A STAND. Do your thing. GET kRaZZZy for what you want to be!!! Be what you are. If you don't know what you are, find out. Live your life without regret, don't be someone who you are not. BE YOURSELF...!!!

2. Challenges in front of GOVERNMENT: Under democracy, common people of the country must be made strong. But there is a question, if common man will be given enough power, how can then, administration work well? Every second person will then be able to use his power. The conclusion is, we have to strike a balance between both. Now, to strike a balance, you need to know, where is the right balance? See, we can’t create a perfect thing at first attempt. Obviously, we will make mistake & then we have to learn & correct it. However, I understand that, at a large level (Ex. Country), big mistakes can’t be accepted but I would like to mention here that innovation can’t happen without failures. Failures are foundation to success. The more you experiment with your strategies, the more you will improve upon. Doing experiment, is a risk, but that’s how you learn things. The only difference that an individual & a country can create is, a little more analysis but not too much. No matter, how big a company is, it must have such leaders who has guts to take risk & find the direction out of the darkness. A leader is never feared off from taking steps, because he knows that mistakes may happen but he has to keep learning from his mistakes, & that’s how a person becomes leader. So what I want to say is, we shouldn’t hesitate in taking steps, we just need to remember that we have to learn from your mistakes. You must be flexible enough to learn & correct your mistakes. So I want government to take steps in implementing LOKPAL bill in India. Present situations are worse. A step towards something new, will help us in telling where we have to lead next. A step towards something new will help us in making a change to the present situations, a change is better because, as like the stagnant water keeps getting dirtier while a flowing water is always fresh, in the same way, a change is better than no change. THE CONCLUSION IS GOVERNMENT MUST NOT HESITATE IN TAKING SOME STRONG STEPS, BUT IT MUST BE GUTSY ENOUGH TO ACCEPT ITS MISTAKES & FLEXIBLE ENOUGH TO CORRECT THEM. The major challenge is not the problems below, but THE HESITATION UNDER GOVERNMENT INSTEAD, IN COMING FORWARD TO TAKE A STEP:
1. Inflation
2. Poverty, Hunger
3. Sanitation in cities
4. Crime rates
5. Child & Women Trafficking
6. Unemployment
7. Literacy ratio
8. Terrorism
9. Agricultural Challenges

3. Backdrops of present System: Corruption is natural in the present situations of India. So, I would say, nobody is responsible for this. But it’s time now to understand how this tree has grown up & where are its roots. The problem is not the things mentioned below but the root is education system of India. People should follow their self-interest but education system of country fails to extract student interest. A major area where the present Indian education system is lacking is that education here has taken the form of rat race. Each and every student has its own interest in one or the other field. Teachers fail to extract the student’s interests where they can excel, so that they can be provided better opportunities and guidance in the area of their interest. Instead they are forced to mug up the mandatory subjects and their perspective is made just limited to professions like doctors, engineers, lawyers etcetera. Indian education is thus expanding in quantity not quality. The character of Indian education system has restrained and restricted Indian young right from the school age and continues that way with college and university stage. This harms the potential of human mind for constructing and creating new knowledge. In nutshell, we may say that the actual talent of the students remains concealed and is never let to ooze out. Now, if a person doesn’t work as per his interest then he neither can enjoy his work nor he would focus on work. He will just be their for MONEY. That’s it.

4. Dead administration which lacks power to take responsibilities
5. Irresponsible use of people’s talents to get power & money: Business & government.

4. Challenges related to Environment:  Blind race towards future has created such a stress in today’s life that people don’t have time to sit & think what they are heading towards. In this race, every country is participating almost. The problem is not the things mentioned below but the higher priority of getting more powerful than our environment around. It’s ok that you compete, because it makes life interesting but getting so involved in this race that you even forget your environment around, is shameless. Development & growth has limits. You can’t take them till infinity. What difference have we created between yesterday & today? We are the same people except that yesterday we had small weapons, today we have bigger weapons. Yesterday, we used to do small destruction, today we can do even bigger. The hunger for getting more powerful, can never be fulfilled because you & me, we both are talented. Whatever you can do, I can also do the same but may be my way of doing it, will be different. There is nothing impossible in this world. If you can defeat me, I can too defeat you. Time never remains the same. Today, it’s your time. Tomorrow, it will be my time. But in this fight of power, it is our people who suffer. Together we are a country, we can think about its benefit but individually we are people and at the last we, all want ourselves, our family, our country to be happy. That’s all, we want, FACILITIES come at second priority for us, so why do we think about expanding territories? If your country believe in god, then what will your country get from destroying other's lives and then making more business or money or facilities for you? Think what will you get from this? you are just creating one more political ground for politics. That's it. When you were born, you needed care and when you will die, you will need care! At both places, money or power is not going to buy you the true love & care. So, in between , do such works which could give you true satisfaction about yourself, by which people would start loving you, by which your child would start respecting & start caring for you. Come out of this race my son, see around, and start caring for your mother nature. See, what you have done to your beautiful earth.

The following challenges are in front of me & everyone. Their are some burning questions whose answers we should know. I take the responsibility to find their answers. That's because I have been through such situations in life that I can find their answers. Leave these problems for me.

The MAIN GOAL of this blog is not to mention problems here & asking sympathy but the MAIN GOAL behind the blog is to inspire you for a change.

We unconsciously use defense to shield us from situations we perceive to be scary or painful. A part of you may want to grow & change, but another part may be resisting because change always moves you into a new territory of thinking & emotions. A change unsettles things around you. We tend to resist it because we find security in our today's stability, so we don't want to unstabilize our thoughts & working. But with life always, security is an illusion.

Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. Because almost everything - all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure - these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.

Life becomes joyful when we can open to the constant flow & ride freely with it. So if you find you are getting anxious, fearful, angry, frustrated, dismissive or unmotivated, then it means you are getting defensive against something. Watch & observe what is holding you back. Then courageously move through your fears. Be not afraid of change.

You are a free bird. Its your life. Live the way you want. Never fear off from taking steps which you are very confident about. If they will get wrong, it will become your experience & learning. And if it gets right then it will become a gift to your life. That's how you learn living life & that is what called a real life. Never bound yourself in a cage. Whatever amount of years you live, live it independently, live it fully the way you like to live, so that tomorrow if you die, then you don't regret that i wanted to but i didn't. Live life for yourself. we can't live life thinking that what if we will fail or what if something goes wrong. LIFE STARTS WITH RISK. DON'T FEAR OFF FROM TAKING RISKS.

THE MAJOR CHALLENGE is not the problems mentioned about INDIA, but it is the RESISTANCE THAT WE HAVE TOWARDS CHANGE.

How much we are right???

A man sat at a metro station in Washington DC and started to play the violin; it was a cold January morning. He played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time, since it was rush hour, it was calculated that 1,100 people went through the station, most of them on their way to work.

Three minutes went by, and a middle aged man noticed there was musician playing. He slowed his pace, and stopped for a few seconds, and then hurried up to meet his schedule.

A minute later, the violinist received his first dollar tip: a woman threw the money in the till and without stopping, and continued to walk.

A few minutes later, someone leaned against the wall to listen to him, but the man looked at his watch and started to walk again. Clearly he was late for work.

The one who paid the most attention was a 3 year old boy. His mother tagged him along, hurried, but the kid stopped to look at the violinist. Finally, the mother pushed hard, and the child continued to walk, turning his head all the time. This action was repeated by several other children. All the parents, without exception, forced them to move on.

In the 45 minutes the musician played, only 6 people stopped and stayed for a while. About 20 gave him money, but continued to walk their normal pace. He collected $32. When he finished playing and silence took over, no one noticed it. No one applauded, nor was there any recognition.

No one knew this, but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the most talented musicians in the world. He had just played one of the most intricate pieces ever written, on a violin worth $3.5 million dollars.

Two days before his playing in the subway, Joshua Bell sold out at a theater in Boston where the seats averaged $100.

This is a real story. Joshua Bell playing incognito in the metro station was organized by the Washington Post as part of a social experiment about perception, taste, and priorities of people. The outlines were: in a commonplace environment at an inappropriate hour: Do we perceive beauty? Do we stop to appreciate it? Do we recognize the talent in an unexpected context?

One of the possible conclusions from this experience could be:

If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world playing the best music ever written, how many other things are we missing?

Their can be three situations in a country:

1. When country have struggle
2. When country is trying to get stabilize
3. When country is stable

1. When country have struggle—People will see opportunities/chances not their self interests

Their will be three types of persons:

1. who is clever (Person A)
2. who will try to make balance or will try to take responsibility (Person B)
3. who is bhola bhala- and will don’t know what to do (Person C)

When country will be struggling from situations around it, their will be no patience or no sense of maturity in the ‘A’ type people of that country. In that situation every A person will try to stabilize itself 1^st, searching for the best secure place for himself in terms of money.

‘B’ person will handle the situations and will try to manage the situations which will be a really challenging task at that time

‘C’ type people will don’t have much awareness and majority of them will grind under such circumstances

2.    When country is trying to get stabilize and have been stabled to some extent------Half of them will still search opportunities and half of them will see their interest of area

                      I.    ‘A’ person will become the part of system because they were previously waiting for opportunities. As soon as B person will throw opportunities to make a system, ‘A’ will catch that one and will get stabilized.

CORRUPTION WILL NATURALLY COME IN SYSTEM AND WILL WORK IN SYSTEM

‘B’ person will give the direction to country and will try to open new ways for the country making the nation to proceed on the path of development

DIFFICULTY WILL NATURALLY BE FELT BY THESE PEOPLE. IT’S NOT EASY TO HANDLE COUNTRY IN SUCH CONDITIONS

‘C’ persons will be given Quotas to get up and to stabilize themselves

‘BAHUT BURA SAMAY HAI…. DIRTY WORLD…. THIS WILL BE THE USUAL FEEL IN SUCH PEOPLE’S HEART’

This phase is the realization of what struggle mean…..by all type of people?????

NEGATIVE THINKING NEGATIVE FEELINGS & NEGATIVE VIEW OF WORLD WILL AUTOMATICALLY TRY TO HEAVY ON MIND. SOME STARTS BELIEVING IN IT FULLY

This realization will automatically try to develop the pressure on the next generation so that they wouldn’t struggle like them

                    II.    People who are now stabilized will give all sorts of facilities to their next generation and naturally they will try to make their next generation more stable

The old generation had to face more struggle in the world itself---and young generation here will have to face more stress over mind & tensions

Here the difference will develop between the thinking of parents and children

‘A’ person will develop the pressure over children & will force them to do which is more stable career in terms of many & less work

Max. ‘B’ person will try to keep young mind free to do whatever they want

‘C’ person will either keep the children fully free by having a 100% trust or will do emotional atyaachaar on children for more marks and choosing career

MAX SHOULD MOVE BEHIND INTEREST. INTEREST WILL MAKE YOUR MIND HAPPY AND LIFE ENJOYING AND ALSO IT WILL SUPPORT COUNTRY

3. When country is stable---People will see their self interest

‘A’ person will be in the business or will be helping the country in its progress and development or will be in forces

‘B’ person will be the drivers of country

‘C’ person will be in the system completing their responsibility faithfully

How to start it

·        Very firstly, it will start when we start filtering the people who are coming inside the system so that only the people who genuinely want to work could be selected to work in the system like the corporate world selects the candidates. If people are not interested then you must create interest either through awareness or through increasing salary. Administration is the base of any country or society. If it is sick, then the whole society will automatically get ill.

·        It will start when we successfully counsel the students to know their talents and they could successfully get direction from it

·        It will start when teachers and parents will together start efforts in supporting the child’s own interest

·        We can also test the child at school level to help him in choosing the career--- by allowing only those students to take the particular stream who do have a talent in them. Teachers can play a role here.

Why is it necessary

80% of people in India are not satisfied from their jobs

It means they don’t like to work

It means they are working just for getting salary

This means if they will see any way to increase their salary. They would like to increase it---through RISHVAT etc.

Or

If they are not checked then they would not like to work in a proper way or they would like to rest instead

& if it is such in system administration then system administration require self interest of any person under society

If he has self interest in his own development then how will he work for society?

Such person should be in business in place of in the system administration….!!!

INTERVIEWS ARE MUST FOR ANY POST ATLEAST TO CHECK THEIR INTEREST FIRSTLY AND THEN THEIR TALENT…….!!!

Because talent or things can be taught

But the interest of a person can’t be changed….!!!!


WHAT WE CAN DO: WE SHOULDN'T PANIC. CHANGE IS ONE OF THE BASIC THING IN NATURE. WE JUST NEED TO DIRECT IT IN A RIGHT DIRECTION. FIGURE OUT WHAT IS YOUR TRUE INTEREST & WE SHOULD CHOOSE CAREER & DO WORK ACCORDING TO IT.
